對於原訂今年4月推出的Galaxy Fold，後續卻面臨無法對應正常使用而暫時無限延期推出，三星行動通訊事業部總裁高東真在限時商品便宜稍早說明中，坦承過於著急將此款螢幕可凹折手機帶到市會員專屬活動優惠場，目前仍著手讓此款手機能順利進入市場銷售。 分享 facebook 根據高東真的說法，目前已有超過2000台Galaxy Fold進行各項測試，其中更發現過往不曾察覺問題。不過，高東真並未透露Galalxy Fold具體可能恢復上市時間，先前曾有消息指稱三星計畫在7月底前恢復銷售Galaxy F比價撿便宜省錢妙招old，但後續三星則澄清目前仍未有確認時程。 除了說明Galaxy Fold目前問題處理狀況，三星也再次解釋為什麼要打造一款螢幕可凹折手機，原因在於現有智慧型手機設計生日送禮推薦熱門產品已經面臨瓶頸，因此需要在使用體驗、介面重新尋找突破點。依照三星設計團隊負責人康雲時 (Kang Yun-Je)表示，目前三星也開始著重手機以外裝置，例如智慧耳機與智慧手錶，同時認為未來5年內，使用者在各個裝置間的操作將以無縫形式連接。而就高東真的看法，螢幕可凹折裝置將會在未來幾年內持續擴展，同時認為在5G網路逐漸成長之際，過往著重在智慧型手機上的操作將會逐漸擴散到其他連網裝置，進而促使智慧型手機整體使用比例降低，而透過其他裝置獲取資訊、產生互動的比例將會提高。 分享 facebook 《原文刊登於合作媒體mashdigi，聯合新聞網獲授權轉載。》
哈佛招生歧視案 針鋒結辯
亞裔控告哈佛招生歧視案13日再度上庭聽證，哈佛大學和學生公平入學組織（SFFA）雙方律師結案陳述，再度就個人評分(Personal Rating)是否存在族裔差異進行辯論。法官Allison D. Burroughs提出關於證人和證詞細節的疑問；SFFA主席布魯姆(Edward Blum)和哈佛現任校長巴考(Lawrence Bacow)到場旁聽。
SFFA律師休斯(John M. Hughes)說，庭審中哈佛及其證人並未對亞裔個人評分低於其他族裔給出合理解釋，而且混淆概念，以未歧視2%亞裔傳承和體育生為由來證明沒歧視亞裔整體的理由站不住腳。休斯認為哈佛招生主任在作證時撒謊不承認族裔對個人評分的影響。
休斯還指出，庭審期間，哈佛招生辦公室還修改了數十年都未更改過的招生人員指南，特別針對個人評分一項進行額外解釋。他說，從上世紀八十年代哈佛限制錄取亞裔爭議，2012年哈佛內部報告，直到去年8月錄取，哈佛一直存在固定模式行為歧視，按照歧視法案規定，屬於歧視行為。
哈佛方律師李威廉(William F. Lee)反駁，哈佛從前校長、招生辦主任、招生人員、專家到學生校友數十人在庭審中力證哈佛未歧視亞裔；SFFA方除了數據專家，沒有任何一名被哈佛拒招的亞裔生、學生、SFFA方代表或是哈佛前職員等相關人士出庭，也沒有證據證明哈佛確實刻意歧視亞裔。
哈佛方律師還指出SFFA方出庭專家報告數據不全，因而得出錯誤結論。他們稱，SFFA方專家Peter Arcidiacono對於個人評分的數據和觀察僅占其中29%，另外71%的高中支持、校友評分和推薦信等都未計算在內；同時刻意把傳統和體育生等項排除在分析之外。
法官提問為何SFFA方未有學生出庭作證。休斯解釋道，法官在庭審前曾允許不需學生作證；當前輿論環境，如果有被拒學生前來作證，有可能面臨人身攻擊或網絡霸凌；如非絕對必要，SFFA方認為不必讓孩子們經歷這些痛苦。
一名哈佛學生和20多個學生校友組織法律代表上庭作證支持哈佛，指出多元化教育有益於所有學生互相學習成長，目前招生政策有利於少數裔學生，少數裔學生組織也帶動學校更加多元化和包容。
當天到法院旁聽人數遠少於上次庭審，且大多數提早離開。旁聽的李雙說，數據統計外的影響個性評分的因素是否就是種族歧視作用值得考究。
布魯姆受訪時說，法院預計今年晚些時候會決斷，該案有可能會最終打到最高院。
